Shipping Policy

We Ship Worldwide!

A list of countries that we do not ship to are at the bottom of this policy.

All orders are shipped in 5 to 7 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for all goods shipped, even if the shipment is refused.

Important - Please read the shipping policy that applies to your destination. If you have any questions regarding the policy of your destination, please contact us at customerservice@jlsoycandle.com or 1-586-214-6913. All orders shipped outside the USA and it's possessions are shipped via USPS Priority International, except Canada which is shipped via UPS Ground.

For commercial/retail orders, please contact us for shipping rates.

USA, It's Possessions (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and Military APO/FPO:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Parcel Post and should arrive in 2 to 3 days. Military APO/FPO shipments will have the proper customs paperwork attached. Allow extra delivery time during holidays.
       Rates (insurance included):
       $.00 to $50.00 : $8.95
       $51.00 to $100.00: $10.95
       $101.00 and Up: Free

Free limited local delivery available: Warren MI, Center Line MI, St. Clair Shores MI, Roseville MI, Eastpointe MI, Sterling Heights MI, Clinton Township MI, Macomb Township MI. We do make exceptions for "Free Delivery" - please contact us.

Canada

All shipments are shipped UPS Ground and should arrive in 3 to 5 days when shipped. Allow extra delivery time during holidays.

Purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. You should check with your Customs Department before your order is shipped. Canadian Post may charge a fee at the time of delivery. You should check with your local post office for details.
Our candles are Made in the USA and should not be subject to customs duty. However, not all of our candleholder and accessories are American Made and may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
Customs forms and invoices accompany your shipment.
       Rates (insurance included):
       $.00 to $60.00: $18.00
       $61.00 to $100.00: $26.00
       $101.00 and Up: $35.00

Europe, Mexico, and all other countries

All orders are shipped USPS Priority International and should arrive in 6 to 10 days. Allow extra delivery time during holidays.
Purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Always check with your countries Customs Department before ordering. Some countries require you to have an import permit, even if the item is for personal use or a gift. If you are required to have an import permit, you must have it before your shipment arrives.
Copies of the invoice and customs form 2976(A) accompany your shipment.

       $.00 to $60.00: $37.00
       $61.00 to $100.00: $54.00
       $101.00 and Up: $70.00

*Express shipping is available, but at a premium cost. Contact us at customerservice@jlsoycandle.com for rates.
**We do not ship regular parcel post. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery and the candle(s) will be exposed to either cold or heat for a prolonged period. We would not be able to guarantee the candles will arrived in good condition.
