Our votives are 100% hand poured soy wax, with no additives for a clean and healthy burn.  We use only cotton wicks that do not have a zinc core.  Because we use no additives in our wax, all votives must be burned in a votive candle holder.  The votive should fit closely into the candle holder, with only a little space on the sides and should not rise above the top.  All of our boxed sets of votives come with a votive holder.
