All Items are guaranteed against defects and workmanship.  This guarantee excludes wear or damage from normal use.  We are not responsible for damage by customer misuse.

Because our candles are hand made, hand poured, and we use no additives there may be slight variances in color.  This is not a defect.

If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, e-mail us at customerservice@jlsoycandle.com or call us at (586) 754-4852 for return authorization.  We will replace the item at no further cost to you.  All defective merchandise must be returned.
