You have 3 business days to cancel your order and all monies will be refunded. No refund will be issued after the 3 business day period. Monies will be refunded in the manner in which they were tendered (example: if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card).
Refunds are available for out of stock items only. If an item is out of stock when your order is received, we will give your the option of: waiting for the item to be re-stocked, choosing another product of equal value, or you may request a refund.
Items may be returned for exchange only. You may select another candle scent, candle style, candleholder, or accessory of equal value. If the value of your new selection exceeds the original amount, you must pay the difference. Shipping costs are the purchasers responsiblity.
Damaged products or lost shipments will be replaced. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 business days to report the damage. We will send a replacement. All damaged merchandise must be returned. We will pay the shipping.
If a shipment is determined to be lost, we will send a replacement. A shipment is considered lost when it does not arrive at it's destination within 25 days. This applies to all shipments.
